Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ProxyServer.tech(the "Service"), operated by Airankia("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. What the Service is

We sell access to HTTP / SOCKS5 mobile proxy servers backed by real 4G/LTE SIM cards in Mexico and Spain. Each proxy routes your traffic through a mobile carrier network; external IP addresses rotate according to your chosen plan (rotating or sticky).

2. Acceptable use

You may use the proxies for lawful activities including:

• Web scraping of publicly accessible data, in compliance with site ToS and applicable law.
• Ad verification, SEO rank tracking, and marketplace research.
• Social media and marketplace account management through anti-detect browsers.
• Application testing, QA, and price comparison.

3. Prohibited use

You agree NOT to use the Service to carry out or assist in:

• Credential stuffing, account takeover, or brute-force attacks against any party.
• Phishing, business-email compromise, romance scams, or any fraud targeting individuals or organisations.
• Distribution, solicitation, or storage of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — we report these to the authorities immediately and preserve evidence.
• Stalking, harassment, doxxing, or the facilitation of violence.
• Distribution of malware, ransomware, or command-and-control traffic.
• Denial-of-service attacks, network scanning without authorisation, or any intrusion attempts.
• Sanctions evasion, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
• Intellectual-property infringement at scale.

Violating this section terminates your access without refund. We cooperate with law enforcement on any credible report (see /law-enforcement).

4. Account & payment

• Accounts are per-person; you're responsible for the activity on yours.
• Plans are paid in advance via TON, @CryptoBot, Telegram Stars, or Cryptomus.
• All crypto payments are final. Refunds are at our discretion and only for paid, unused time lost to infrastructure downtime we caused.
• Balance credits (from referrals, refunds, top-ups) are non-transferable and non-cashable — they can only be spent on the Service.

5. Availability

We run real physical SIMs on third-party mobile networks. Occasional cell-tower outages, signal drops, and carrier IP-pool limits are inherent to mobile infrastructure and are not grounds for refund beyond what section 4 allows. Our auto-healing cron will migrate customers off dead modems when possible.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account at any time if we receive a credible abuse report, a lawful order, or observe traffic patterns consistent with the prohibited uses listed above. When feasible we notify first; when there is a safety concern we act first.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or bot DM at least 7 days before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes are resolved in Mexican courts unless a mandatory consumer-law forum applies to you.
