We investigate every credible report within 48 hours
If you believe our proxies are being used to target you, your organisation, or a third party — please let us know. Reports go directly to the operations team.
How to report
Email info@proxyserver.tech with "Abuse" in the subject and the following information. The more you include, the faster we can identify and stop the customer responsible.
- Offending IP address(es) — the exact IP you saw the abuse come from.
- Timestamp with timezone — the precise date, time, and zone.
- Nature of the abuse — phishing, credential stuffing, spam, malware, ToS violation on a specific site, etc.
- Evidence — log excerpts, screenshots, URLs, email headers. Redact personal data if needed.
- Your contact — so we can confirm remediation and follow up if more info is needed.
What we do with your report
- Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
- Cross-reference the IP + timestamp against our proxy logs to identify the customer account.
- Suspend access if the evidence is credible and preserve logs.
- Reply to you with the action taken within 48 hours.
We cannot share the customer's identity with you — disclosure requires a lawful order. See /law-enforcement.
DMCA / copyright
Send DMCA notices to the same address with "DMCA" in the subject. Include the standard §512(c)(3) elements (identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material, your contact info, a good-faith statement, and an under-penalty-of-perjury signature).
Immediate threat
If the abuse involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM), an imminent threat to life, or an ongoing serious crime, contact local authorities first. Then email us — we will preserve evidence and escalate.
